I am looking for a 2-4 unit multifamily and planning to house hack.

I have been under property management for one of my units for the past two years, and planned to self manage at the end of our contract term.

You can look those up with the local planning department if there are major redevelopment projects from roads and sidewalks to building renovations.  

Don't agree to pay contractors (even if they are your husband's hunting buddies hourly) and stick to the plan.

Some important information:-A large bank is planning to open 10 locations here in Knoxville -Buying at our next location is not an option due to high prices.

I'm planning on getting my license, and immediately getting in to Wholesaling.

I have toyed around with the idea of buying raw/vacant land, and running the site planning thru my firm, then selling that shovel ready land for a profit.

I'm 16 years old and I'm planning to invest in real estate when I turn 18!
