Here are a few other considerations:- Water/Sewer, Landscaping- Annual rental permit/inspection fees - check with your local government. - Are all utilities split for each apartment?

The biggest thing for me now is money, which as I said above I’m knocking off debts and saving to invest, but it seems like I’ll never get there because of some bad decisions I made when I was younger to dive me deep into debt, along with having no college education, leaving me to not really able to get a job that pays anymore than 18-20 an hour.

Also a likely tenant lined up as she had been waiting to lease until the work was finished but the seller got tied up with the city (get your permits people!)
