You CAN spend your entire day just getting organized.After watching the video in the link above I must remind myself to carve out those 15 minutes to become clear and wash away the distraction to focus on the bigger game.

Hi josh,As a side business for a few extra dollars probably, but I doubt you could support yourself with it.Maybe ask some local multi-family pre-purchase inspection services if they have a need for roof and chimney inspection videos on large complexes.Good Luck!

There are simply YouTube videos on anything imaginable from replacing disposals, fixing dryers, etc. 

Once your website is set up, you drive motivated traffic to it, have them opt into a value video, where you explain the process in about 20 to 30 minutes.
