NOt a self contained seweage system ( package plant) like you see in other areas especially in Hawaii

They would qualify and set up appointments for Steve our office secretary would put a map package together so he could find the property he was a little directionally challenged.. so his day got condensed to 2 to 3 site visits and timber cruises.. working 1/3 the hours and first year we closed over 80 deals that had net revenue in the low 7 figures for the company.. 

While I haven't gone through the entire package I do think that Larry is incredibly helpful and will bend over backwards to help you get to the finish line (so he can get his duly earned testimonial!

There are 2 common WordPress plugins that I know of called Booking Calendar and VR Calendar  I use them to just display my current calendar on my personal VR site (not AirBNB, VRBO, etc) however I believe you can buy the premium package which will allow bookings.

In all honestly Im leaning heavily towards our banking relationships as they all seem to have some flavor of ACH in their portals, I would have one heck of an argument to get something like an erentpayment failure reversed, although they overall lack the integration with our accounting packages or the automation to apply late payments (for example) automatically. 

she prepares a listing package goes over and lists and sells.. deal is done for her.. 

If getting a package deal which includes all the education and benefits of TCS is worth the amount of money you spend doing nothing or self-educating...
