Hello everyone, Wanted to know some of your thoughts on this situation I have. 

I am planning on using it to buy multiple properties in AL, TX or OH and wanting to use the BRRRR strategy on these homes.  

While you're focused on out-of-state investments, there’s still significant value in networking locally.

There were times when I was closing on a refi to free up a lender spot and the next week I was closing on the purchase. 

Question 2: Will conventional lenders do a rate and term on one loan if he has a second position on the house?

You would be putting too much risk on a new area that may or may not work.A 4-unit property has 4 furnaces so you could have 4x the cap ex as a single-family on mechanicals.

My current focus is on doing my first flip or live-in flip here, and I'm eager to learn from those with experience in this space.I'm particularly interested in developing solid systems and strategies to achieve long-term financial freedom through real estate.
