I also recommend you contact your nearest HUD office and ask them for any/all support on this issue because you are in a litigious state where idiots sue and idiot courts decide in their favor.

Also be careful with Section 8, they are likely on a lease but you can reach out to their back office to find out more information.

We do put out a little basket but it’s more like just a cute greeting with an envelope to tip the housekeeper.
