There are the troublesome 0 address properties on there (properties with a numerical address of 0), so don't trust those addresses.

I do not know about here but a discussion of RealtyTrac has taken place on numerous websites and mailings lists.The universal feeling is that they have information but is days, weeks or months behind the live records in the county where the foreclosure action is taking place.Did you know that many times you can get a list of recently filed foreclosure actions from a local title company?

Soon I realized that when you are rehabbing an old house you will find with doors with odd sizes which you can't find in HD, and the only option is going custom or working with a local door supplier that might have doors to that size.This is the living room, the walls had different textures all over the place.

The issues are numerous and go much deeper than what appears on the surface initially.Folks need to stay away thinking the can be drafting anything at all as creative financing, I say that based on experience, if it were a good idea I'd endorse it, but it's not.I don't see how a 9 year balloon keeps the seller happy and you out of court, the seller may be a great, easy going guy, his attorney may not be and his attorney will have more influence than you will.Erick, I see you're new, check out people's profiles and consider where advice is coming from in posts, it may give you greater insight to their advice. :)
