We never include a financing contingency, but the assumption is always that the deal will be financed.I'm sure there is a simple explanation for this that I'm missing.

Andrew That is correct Andrew there is no limit to the amount of primary residences that Fannie Mae will allow so technically if you can make a good case (letter of explanation) for a primary residence then you can continue to purchase them as long as you qualify with respect to income, credit, assets.
