Which ever is lower.If the sellers are interested in an Investor buying their property they should ask local agents for contacts or find an investor network.

your best friend in this business as far as getting the deals is in your networking...I get calls all the time from stores that are discontinuing this product or that product and call me FIRST to see if I want it.

They are going to give you the usual song and dance of they cant talk to you because it is in collections, tell them, “your debt is with them and that you don’t want your personal information sold, bartered, networked, or outsource to anyone”.

I've been to several of the teaser seminars, there all the same, and at the end of them all, when I'm one of the only people not signing up and they ask why i always inform them I came just to network, as many people that go to these that have no money just hopes, there's tons there with the money to invest and dont know how..
