Where can I shop around for multi-unit buildings, with owners who are willing to act as the bank, or I'll just have to shop around and bring the idea of owner financing to the owner's attention? 

There is a small personal junk yard going on next to a non working vehicle and leaving food around for the purpose to feed wild animals outside their window. 

We did not agree to liquidated damages for early termination - given the exclusive nature of the community, the extremely high commission cost, high property costs (taxes, HOA, etc) and the fact that it can take anywhere from 3 weeks to multiple months to rent it out (at high carrying costs) - we depend on stable multi year tenancy for the numbers to work out.It’s critical that when the tenants renew, they stay for another full year.

With mid-large multi's, I understand that the value is based on income.

.- Purchase price to Rent ratio = 1% minimum- SFR to start off with, would consider multi-family in future based on performance/faith in team.- Minimum 1 purchase 2018.

I am also looking into multi-family rentals.
