You would be better off buying 2 $250,000s than 1 $500,000So, not knowing anything about your family situation, finances or construction skills, in general, I think a new home would be a tough strategy to work.

You are required to disclose, as well as use the registered name on all marketing material related to brokerage services, you may also want to have in writing a policy or agreement with your broker regarding compensation related to your wholesaling activity, I think you are getting into some difficult practices, be sure to have your ducks in a row

He had said he would be out there every week, but he wasn't showing up, and I had paid for materials directly to him for Cabinets, Hardwood flooring, ETC...in which he said he had in his warehouse, and I trusted him.Finally I got fed up and said that I was going to have to find someone else to finish the job (About $20K left to do & it Was a total was a $70K Rehab JOB and I would like the Cabinets and Hardwood flooring I paid for and other materials back, or would like $10K back.

However, I think the delinquent taxes are just too high on the 1st one and will make it very tough to make any meaningful money,  likely break even at best for an inexperienced newbie.
