Most drivers here aren't glued to your bumper and they actually stop for red lights instead of barreling through them like they are color blind.  

It can be as little as updating the porch light fixture or mailbox, or doing something like a total yard clean-up, which also serves to reset the property to our expectations as to how it should be maintained.

Reminds me that my life is "luxury" compared to others and I should be grateful.At 62, someone please hit me (lightly / figuratively, ha) if I do anything like this. 

Just need some light shed on the best way to get started.

Perhaps some people have so much deal flow and too many investors to keep up with their own capital, but in general, this seems like at least a "yellow light" if not a red flag.

I drove by today and did not see any lights so hopefully they are gone.  

Yes, it's only paint touch up, new light plate and electrical plates, possible new light fixtures and cleaning, but this only helps the owner and costs you less then $1000!

So I now have a property, a corner lot with lots of sidewalks, with 3 new random slabs, different color, in the midst of the older sidewalks. 

I suppose my view of the Fix/Flip market being super competitive is colored by the mainstream news stories talking about how "hot" the flipping market is in Phoenix, and even seeing TV shows featuring some of the locals.
