I assume there is no way to cut the guy out of the deal as a small lesson of how women aren't considered property of their husbands?

Now, I'm paying for my absentmindedness (literally).The lesson here is as follows: NEVER agree to anything you don't understand. 

Lesson learned-- it takes way longer to raise capital than you might expect.

To that effect,i registered with Rockwell Institute,taking lessons online to become a Real Estate agent by next month if everything goes as planned.Hence my question: is it possible to simultaneously be a Real Estate agent(ergo,licensed)while also performing as a Real Estate Investor?

I don’t know but once we replaced a programmable thermostat with a rotary one because a tenant couldn’t use the programable one...even already programmed and with a short “lesson.”

Expensive, but have had too many basements flood from clogged utility sink.These are all from hard lessons learned over the years.

But any business person who conducts thier business stictly in ways to take advanatge of people at the drop of a hat, to take advanatge of any situation, to screw someone over because they have the small print in a contract, needs some other lessons in life, and a real good butt kick'n in court to boot!

I ignored this thread for a few days but I've learned my lesson . . . as Rodney Kind once said, "can't we all just get along?"
