We cant create motivation and we certainly cant make our seller change to fit our life style of Armani, Vacheron and R8 rides.

I go to the gym 3-4 times a week I live a strict healthy lifestyle, and I get enough sleep lol.I am in the process on working on my website and I go meet with an attorney next week!

I can work from home but the job I have doesn't provide me with the funds I need to even sustain any type of lifestyle.

My wife and I lived in a 8 ft by 20 ft tiny home in the woods for two years, and that "small" lifestyle is looking more appealing in a Covid world, not less.

It can make sense in markets where renting is cheaper than buying, extreme expensive homes etc - but that's not most of us.And then there is lifestyle.

It appeals to those who want to be on the lake, but have all the urban lifestyle stuff right outside their slips.Other things you need to worry about is maintenance of the boat.

Hey @Nik Satterfield - Househacking is interesting in that you need to balance the convenience of the location to your lifestyle with its rental potential- you will have to live there for a year before converting it to a full rental and doing it all over again.
