I've lost count of the amount of Facebook posts I've seen that say "apartment hunting with -whatever term you wanna sub in here for significant other- when the applicant insists they'll be the only one living in the unit.

Ultimately a good plan moving forward in my opinion is looking for secondary and tertiary markets that are fed by the larger saturate markets near them and really hunting for those undiscovered areas.

I have been on the hunt since then to find a second deal and nothing seems to come close to a 10% cash on cash deal.
