I was thinking a container home would be perfect, those little 8x40 bundles of joy would be a good unique that would pull sellers to view it and obviously with that would make it easier to sell. 

I sometimes host SF meetups as well as SJ meetups with one next Friday.

You lose some potential upside since you would have to be commissioned based, but you might make up for it in selling properties faster.Or if you want to swing for the fences, organize the properties into logical bundles and contract them as packages.

What is also important is spreading the word to others about bad actors in this space - for example the individual you mentioned was invited and hosting a REIA event earlier this week on how to raise money....On the flip side,  there are a lot of good actors in the space as well.
