I am hoping I can implement a solid process to scaling properties over time, but need to take action and start with one. 

But, its been an amazing process for my wife and me.

I figured getting my RE license now can only help the process.

We've gone through the Site Plan Approval process with the City, have officially split the lot into three parcels, and are expecting to receive our building permits this week (yay!).

If a tenant really wants the house, he or she will take the necessary steps to fill out the application and complete the process.

It's a process to locate the ones that do.

Do I need to hire a real estate attorney to assist me with this?

Here's another - the city literally hired a team of 7 people who do nothing but drive around looking for long grass to mow and then bill the homeowner (usually an investor) $270ish for a single grass cut. 

I feel like going after them is going to prolong the already delayed process.

When should I and how do I get started on this process?
