Here in AZ, you can generally piece together those subcontractors at pretty cheap rates, so unless you need an acutal GC for permits being pulled, etc...

In California, if I want to sell my share of an inherited home to a family member through owner financing, is it possible to charge zero interest, say through a ten year pay back period or is there a minimum interest rate requirement? 

Great thing about this is that you can bring in as little as 3-5% down of the purchase price.

If we DO find nonrecourse loans, I assume the interest rates are higher (how much higher should we expect)?
