I’m still shopping around for an attorney that feels like a good fit but I’ll likely be washing my hands of the Nevada LLC very soon.

The downside (for many) is that they're not particularly close to amenities (major airport(s), shopping centers, etc.) or larger/stable employment opportunities.

@Michael Hacker I absolutely agree that prefab constriction is going to become much more popular in the next few years but the skilled labor shortage will affect prefab shops, in the U.S. especially,  as much or more than on site construction. 

@Alexander Felice Just imagine how many more units and properties you'd have if you spent time marketing for properties and less time at the barber shop

@Megan T. in today's environment, I would recommend shopping your rate.

They’ve also done 100 studies that show people are too loyal to the companies they buy from and they rarely change rl shop around, especially after 2-3 years. 

It would be great to talk shop about the different areas in CT

Then go shopping to find something that is a tool you can afford.
