Growing up in CT I found the state to be rather boring so when college came around I left the state and went to school in Baltimore, MD at Loyola University.

The one thing I see routinely across "young" investors is they don't have a concrete plan founded on fundamental concepts...there are 1,000 ways to make money in this industry...and a variation of each of those.One piece of advice would be to learn OKR's...build this into the framework of your business...there is a learning curve, but you guys will pick up fast.Best of luck!

Found it through a friend and it was off market.

Also, I would consider trying to BRRR some single family homes if I found the right deals. 

We scout properties online, offline in and outside the MLS (there are some good deals that can be found here).We are specializing in Tucson and the surrounding, but we can provide good leads in other areas as well.

Anytime I found an apartment for myself when I was renting, I looked on craigslist for the best deal.

I have found low dollar works better than high dollar houses.
