I am burning through gas like a sift. 

If you want to stay in the game it’s best to save your insurance claims for only really major events like when the place burns to the ground.

You could be dealing with needing a new bathroom and kitchen and that could burn through 10k real fast.There are a few folks who have good experience in Westville and the SJ area...

Really I should just talk to him... but I keep avoiding important questions because I am going to end up getting rude and calling him out on trying to undermine my intelligence haha and im trying not to burn a bridge.

One of the carry-over tenants was not paying rent, so we learned real fats how to deal with eviction process, small claims, changing locks, etc.

Honestly I'm burned out with day-to-day BS of property management and will soon be transitioning this to a professional property management company so I can focus on acquiring other properties.

Next day accountant "had a small fire in his office"  that seems to have burned up only the records for that association.   

Ive been in real estate long enough now to feel the burn of past advice thats hurt clients and it stinks.
