I’ve talked to people who carry their license simply because they use it for purchasing investment properties and I have already experienced a situation that if I had my license I would of had an inside track on a deal compared to someone who would need to contact a realtor and set up an appointment.

We don’t live in fear every day, but our priorities are experiencing the world NOW. ;-) We also each have million dollar life insurance policies on us, so we know without a doubt if something happens to us we are not leaving any debt to our son/our families, so that’s another reason we’re all about seizing the moments and having fun family adventures together...now.
