you can find that out simply by reading past obituaries until you find his. they almost always list spouses, children, brothers and sisters, etc. then find them. one of them has the authorization to sell you that house. if it is still bank owned, go sit down with the manager of the REO department. bring them pictures of what their house looks like now. give them a little motivation to get it off their books. good luck to you

I am free pretty much every Saturday and Sunday, but sometimes will have to work an 8 hour day o a Saturday which I get off at 2:30PM those days.Many people are going to think I am an idiot for posting this, but I have no friends in the area and most of my free time is either spent reading about REI, going to the gym (an excessive amount), or sleeping in on the weekends since I don't do anything so it is just wasted time.

To receive information from the previous landlords we have the tenant's authorization on the rental application to do that, but I wonder if it's normal practice to scan the papers and email the information to the previous landlords (so they can see the application and tenant's authorization to do that)?
