You would buy with FHA loan -> refinance to conventional, purchase with FHA again, rinse and repeat...is this allow,if change to a conventional would my month cost increase?

So far, I found out that, they did the following changes without asking me or get any acknowledgement from me.

FEMA changed the flood maps a few years ago and took some by surprise.

In the grand scheme of things it would be a small cost to fix their mistake, and instead they have turned off a loyal customer from ever using or recommending their services again.

If neither of you have ever done a flip or a lipstick flip (this does not sound like a clean it out, repaint property at all), the costs will be 2-3x as much as you think and it will take 2-3x as long.

The cops contact you and ask did you ever see anything suspicious, you say yes and the next thing you know you're being prosecuted and also potentially sued by the kids' family for punitive damages.
