Would like to get top tips from a successful real estate whole seller when starting out.

If it's on a Schedule E, it should be easy.  

I will like to get a cashed out mortgage or a line of credit base on the rental i make yearly any tips thank you.P.s my credit use to be 780 but since i took the funds out my score drop to 560. ill like to put on mortgage or line of credit so i can pay my credit cards and get a high score again. and happen my bills with ease
