@Caroline Hedin@Cameron Skinner@Matthew Kreitzer@Dax Desai @Chris Allenundefined @Jim AdrianundefinedGreat news, I got my floor plans yesterday the architect I was talking about on my post came through on his word this time, he apologized but did not tell us why he kept pushing the date, he also gave us an invoice which says that if the city rejects the plans he the architect will fix what needs to be fixed with out extra charge.

Hi, @Anna Smith.It's definitely "safer" to pay all cash for a property.However, the income returns on rental houses are usually pretty slim if you pay all cash (and there's no appreciation and eventual sale).A little leverage could get you more houses and a larger nest egg (either cash flow or paid off houses) in the future.Here's the good news.

Took a few weeks to resolve, but the buyer had to invoke contingencies and back out of that particular purchase until we could gather documentation for each and every one of that zillion pings that each and every ping was incorrect and has been resolved (it wasn't literally a zillion. it was about 32...).- IRS transcripts come back, revealing that there was a shady family member CPA committing tax fraud for years and the IRS said they owed several hundred thousand dollars.
