I'm in the process of finding/discovering/qualifying leads myself and I'd love to hear your thoughts!

I've been reading the blogs, articles, and listening to the podcast for a few months now.

I recently discovered there are organizations that will pay for veterans to get their real estate license, which I keep hearing on the podcast has certain advantages, so it is one thing I am considering.I am still doing as much research as I can and haven't completed any deals yet.

I have just started to dive into the wealth of knowledge available (blogs, youtube, podcasts).

For example, my Discover card offered 'balance transfer' with a 0 % APR for fifteen months.

You will find resources here from blogs to pod casts and forums.

Also, I find the blogs to be very helpful as well.

This is why you have to be careful of tax advice from blog posts, loan officers and RE agents.

Account Closed is one of them, and has written books, numerous blogs, etc. that will help you on your way.

Such as - I can't comment for 24 hours after the post goes up, or something like that.To be honest Bill, if I did turn someone off to myself or intimidate someone, it's likely because of the posts I write on forums and the BP blog - not by commenting here lol :)But, I see your point and I kinda agree!
