Thanks for the offer however turnover time for this unit is typically more like a week or two which gives me enough time to paint and deep clean/make repairs as well as show the unit to prospective tenants empty.

Find a realtor in that area, start having them send you prospects while contacting a few banks in parallel.you want a realtor that will do the footwork whether local or remote.
