I know if it turns out to just be another scare they’ll take credit for stopping it but that’s a price I guess I’m willing to pay.

How likely is it and what do you do if Gov stops paying and you have credit cards and mortgages ?

As I mentioned if lenders cant with the volume they will increase rates or stop offering low low rates. 

I’m a really hard worker and i won’t stop till i accomplish this.

Urge them to work for relief from mortgages, property taxes, insurance, and other costs if income stops coming in.Many property owners have been paying property taxes for a long time with little in return.  

@Michael PreterotiI have one more thing to say as you can tell that all my business Decisions are based on faith from God i’m not on Facebook Twitter or any other site only bigger pockets I’ve enjoyed listening and reading from a bunch of investors through the years but your true character is not how well you’re doing good times but how will you do when it is difficult I have never stopped in these times looking for opportunity to purchase deals I hope that the investors on the site look back in a few months and see their character and apply that to your future deals and try to become a better person and live less in fear
