My debate is whether I should get my RE brokers license and go it on my own or just have a RE sales license and work under another broker.I have my sales license and have signed with two different brokers now and I have been thouroughly disapointed.

The whole debate of "C" class properties really centers around expectations.

Brian and Jim, good points, the media fuels the debate, sensationalism and ratings may be the goal.

I don't want to start the PEDs debate regarding Manny, but no question Arum is blocking.

We want to take as many factors into account as possible so this system has some meaning and shows at any given time who the influencers are, and I'm looking to you for your feedback.One of the things I'm most interested in hearing about is user feedback on negatives and the drivers of a user losing "points" on our scale.Thanks and I look forward to a lively and respectful debate.

This thread is somewhat of a classic "law and economics" debate. 

Not to dissuade you, but I myself have had the same internal debate- start big since that is where I want to be or start small and learn as I grow.  

Too much time is spent analyzing, thinking, debating, and worrying.
