They are sister cities on the border and because of the oil fields in ND the cities are expanding quite rapidly but they are not only reliant on oil fields either.

Example. in Jersey, if you have an oil tank in the ground that you failed to inspect prior to buying the property, and have it re-inspected only to find out that you need to pay 20K-30K to remove it, that would destroy your entire deal.I wouldn't stress too much about it, just keep searching.
