I made an offer yesterday around $100K and havent heard yet, but after my uncle drove the properties, he said he wouldn't even want to manage two of them because of their C/D class location. 

When you compare properties you just need to figure out how much mortgage is out of your pocket every month.. and if that property is in a better neighborhood that would be an added bonusI know investors who house hacked to move into a better area, bigger and nicer home and the total mortgage they are paying didn't change much but their building and area class improved significantly. 

Pick a solid B-Class suburban area.

@Gary Pilkington wow did not know that, may have to check that out myself.Typically they just want proof of habitability, but that class may be the move for you just to be sure

I like Philly and some of the working-class suburbs in Delco.
