We have decided to sell a few of our rentals for the same reason only to continue to reinvest in more foreclosure opportunities.

I think using a "return on equity" calculation every year is a good way to measure whether or not to continue holding a property.

There are a ton of real estate coaches and most of them can't tie their shoelaces together BUT people continue to pay top dollar for their "services".

All signs continue pointing toward an incredibly strong summer season for Austin area real estate.

Do you have pretty good knowledge of the underlying industry and confidence it will continue to be successful?
