No point of going traditional rental when you can use the Airbnb/corporate method to live for free.

I submitted my appeal and heard back from the reviewer with additional questions regarding my expenses ("seems the expenses are higher than average for comparable properties"). 

They attached a 1 page appraisal which compares it to a few residential lots. 

I'd like to know from realtors currently implementing PPC (preferably Adwords) and what they think of it compared to other forms of marketing?

I keep hearing refinance after 6-18 months to get the money out, i also hear you cannot get traditional funding in an llc.

I haven't worked with any lender that's not a traditional bank up to this point. 

Based on comparable comps, my property has some good appreciation and I’m an wanting to use this to acquire a another property.

For me, since I renovated my homes mainly myself, is looking back at what I didn't do.For example, I renovated a house, rented it, and when I looked at my second house one of my first comments was "I must remove this popcorn ceiling" but in my previous house it didn't even occur to be to remove it.I compare what I did to my houses and there's this clear evolution in my style and capabilities.

I intend to refinance that with a traditional mortgage through a different lender.

These units seem to rent the quickest for me compared to my other units in other areas.
