Housing discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, family status, or disability is illegal by federal law (HUD Discrimination).

My reason nobody wanted the book is "because nobody cares".People confuse sex, race, color discrimination etc to the fact that most people just don't care and want to go about their day.

I have found yard sale night stands and small tables and given them a fresh coat of paint and a pop of color. 

Also, mold is usually visible but can come in many colors.

Banks only see one color ($$GREEN$$). 

Kreg makes a $30 forstner jig to accomplish this- Clean/degrease with Simple Green/similar, sand with 120 grit, prime with an oil based primer (Kilz or Zinnser), paint with a water based (BM Advanced Paint), Apply poly (optional, may depend on your color)

They looked so similar at first that I thought one was owned by the other and they just changed the UI a tiny bit and altered the colors.
