There is always that risk...and even if you get lucky and the pet is an ok one, you will still have extra cleaning and repairs.Although I have tons of animals, so don't think I'm an animal hater folks, I just don't want them in my properties (that I rent).

I wouldn't pay $650 mo to advertise your home in TIME magazine, the sources your using should generate plenty of quality leads, I think the problem is elsewhere.Is the home nice and clean?

Sometimes he make a bundle and I make a few bucks; other times I clean house and he basically makes enough for lunch.

Although AirBnB'ers will need to get more practical and realistic with their nightly pricing, I mean cleaning fees right? 

Weekly pool cleanings/chemicals (a company does it for me), landscaping, HOA, and the fact that it's on a 15 year mortgage so the payments are around $1600/every two weeks.

Places like Casa del Mar and The Victorian have some setup where you can purchase the condo, then they will manage renting it out, cleaning, etc.

The camps I like are simple and clean.

So the property will essentially manage renting it out, cleaning, etc.

They can represent themselves as being great, have clean cars and nice clothes, but that can mean nothing as far as how they treat your place.
