I come to you all because I am three weeks away from receiving my bachelors and I am very interested in real estate for the first career of choice out of college.

I have been involved in the field for 21 years now and am looking for a change of pace.  

The first thing that comes to mind for me is spend time learning who to wholesale properties, build income and cash reserves and start your buy and hold career using your profitable wholesaling venture to fund the whole thing. 

I have a career job so I have separate income  as well.

I've never really been that career person so being free to do what I want to is kinda the idea.
