We called it "The Warehouse" because it is gigantic and has a weird layout, with kind of another unit, a huge garage and some mystery tunnels/storm shelters as an added bonus.

Well if the mortgage is still in your own name, and the LLC owns the property....to me that would appear to be a very easily piercable entity. and paying the note out of a personal checking account along w/ other operating expenses...bonus points for accepting rent into same account.
