The amortizations will be different, rates wanted are usually different by a seller, disclosures and taxes are  to weighted average yields over each payment period, it gets complicated.

Hey guys, I have run into a problem I have never been through on this SS and I was wondering if any body has any advice on what I can do.Heres the story:I started the short about 4 months ago.

Without a contract, you don't have much legal weight for any issues you need to settle in court.

No body could ask for more.

I am under no stress to try to just put bodies in .. if it takes a year NP... but when its done it will be about as solid as I can make it.. and a good investment for the next person. 

We found no body in the house.

There's a HUGE gulf between MLM and direct sales, and a referral compensation like the one we receive is weighted toward direct and individual sales.  

Are they looking away, looking down, etc.There are certain body signals to deception where people will say the right things but their body language shows off their true intentions.Nothing is 100% safe but there are steps you can take to put things in your favor.

On top of this we put a layer of 5/8 plywood (if we are shingling the roof) or run purlans if we are attaching steel roofing {you could use the plywood under the steel roofing as well, but we use purlans to reduce weight ... did I mention we have lots of snow?}.
