I find there's always a gold nuggets of information in each one and I go back to listen to a number of them multiple times.

This stuff may be more valuable than gold bars soon.

However, don't make the mistake of ruling out the probability that a good agent is worth his weight in gold!

Hi @Chris Ryan,In my opinion if you raise the rent $200 or even $100 on 9/20 you are going to have an apartment to rent out come snowy winter in Albany (We all know how hard it is to find tenants in winter).a 12 year tenant that is low maintenance and pays on time is worth gold.

Once you determine this, you can drill down into the income to determine if it makes sense from an investment standpoint.This is absolute gold.

That won’t help with cushioning or heat retention though- I’d recommend a waterproof underpayment like pergo gold for that.

Is it a big giant 1-10 scale of quality, of course not but with some very simple quick effort a person can be vet'd on here and that is darn unique and worth it's weight in gold.
