Probably slightly higher rates and will not look at the property like you want them to but if the asset still covers the anticipated PITI from the market rent schedule you'll be ok. 1.25x DSCR is most likely the min you'll see lenders allow for this size/type of asset.

If doing rentals, anticipate each average size rental door netting $300-$500/month while financed if you get a good deal.
