Many websites have the option to add your e-mail address to their list.

Right now, we have 1 SFH rented out, I managed with tenant screening as well as addressing any issues the tenant might have, along with picking up rent payment.

They (I'll call them tenant A) have been great tenants but have been having trouble with the new neighbors (tenant B)  for the last 2 months.We addressed the situation with tenant B and basically told them to all get along or get out, made a schedule for use of the limited parking available which seemed to be the cause of the initial friction in the house.  

Once you find his last known address , find out where he moved to ,ask neighbors .

I’d like a professional outward appearance and I’d rather not be using my home address/number.

Am I allowed to give out the address so that you can look at it on zillow?  

A rusty panel needs to be replaced and the cause of the rust needs to be addressed.
