Acclimate the flooring in the room for a couple days, clean the floor well, don't put it right on concrete, don't do anything the manufacturer says will void the warranty (like adding on any additional adhesive agent), don't install in areas that fluctuate in temperature a good amount throughout the year, etc.

How did you come up with those markets and have you visited (or lived in) any of them?

Additionally, you can rent it out for a minimum of 3 months (high season in Florida), 2x per year which is very investor friendly.

I grew up in Columbus, however I have not lived there in years but I visit often.

I have offered both to buy them a condo to start, but they aren't ready yet so one is renting and one lives in an ADU on my property.Single-family is strong and smart, but I like condos for younger kids because the HOA saves them of all the things they don't know how to do.
