It's tough to be a Buyer's Agent in this market, doing your job six to 10 times over just to get a deal actually inked, with multiple bids the first day or two.

Going to see how my next guest will be good or bad and then I'll decide to unsnooze it or delete it all together.I just rather have the piece of mind that whichever platform I use, they have the Hosts's back and screen guests properly. 

But if you do not, I would pay for it this time (not what you want to hear), and then moving forward have it in writing that if you come back her the bill will be paid for by the actual causing tenant or split by both parties.
