And overall what’s the investing environment for that that market?

There is an experienced class of investor who can make money hand over fist in this environment; most newbies experience a lot of frustration, and lose a lot of money before throwing in the towel.  

Also, without knowing these guys, my 2cents is that in today's environment successful operators usually hit their raise immediately with a waiting list to boot. 

This project is not just a business endeavor for me; it's a way to contribute positively to the environment and the local community.In addition to this, I have made significant investments in Puerto Rico, a region I believe holds great potential for growth and development.
