Actually, probably not, not many attorneys keep up with finance issues and they may want to go to court rather than avoid an issue, so you need to educate them as well, best way to expose them to servicing issues is telling them you want it done.

I think it's much more likely that Annette will discover, absent someone she knows personally willing to buy her note opportunity, it's a lot of work to play in the pro note buyer's world...for ONE note.I bought my first note in 1989, a second that provided a wild ride like no one can believe and a priceless education on what can go wrong with a TD note.
