Its a junk product, but it give a warm fuzzy feeling.

I took my extra office time this year and researched prefabricated homes and the amount of quality products on the market today is amazing. 

They have great product, I own from them myself, but they are a pain to work with.

I realize we could try to separate things out more, track hours etc, but things are going pretty well right now so we don't want to add a bunch of overhead and kill productivity.
