Would a restaurant stay in business if they sold a T-bone steak for the price of a grilled chicken sandwich?

A new area of restaurants in what's called Uptown was very impressive as well.

Quiet neighborhood and a quiet house with easy access to restaurants and major highways (20 MINUTES TO DOWNTOWN!)...

I am having fun transitioning from Construction Company Controller in high volume new residential construction (did that 14 years until 2011), to restaurant owner (2011) (Loved serving people but hated working saturday night) to now basically a researcher/developer & project manager- having fun doing everything from designing small efficient houses to build, rehabbing existing small homes and adding master suites to them, and also in my free time trying to flip the occasional business.

Maybe I should've given a little more context to this situation which I think would address most of the concerns you brought up.My uncle owns a restaurant wholesale supply business that provides supplies (dry and wet) to a lot of restaurants in NY.

I consciously pay more for my steak at the restaurant then I do at the grocery store.

We both enjoy the outdoors - hiking, fishing, trail running, road biking, trying new restaurants and travel 6 to 8 times a year.

Just to verify time & location for the Southern Tier REI - there are 2 threads discussing this group, this one says the Vestal Library, 630pm, the other says the Brother's 2 Restaurant, 2901 Watson Blvd, Endwell, NYAlso, they say at 6:30, and recently 6:00 PM was mentioned?

My wife an I close our restaurant business an move to a different state ,we are now looking into getting in  real estate .what is the first step to become a real estate investor as in flipping homes an own rental properties ??
