Does anyone have a referral for a good REI CPA in Fort Worth or DFW?

We live in Fort Collins Colorado, so there is less incentive to get out of here, where there is more incentive to get out of SF from what I have heard and learned.I see there being a long term impact of pay for small/mid companies, but larger companies with VC funding or higher profitability/cash on hand will pay premiums and attract the best talent.^ while that is purely speculative and may not happen, I see that happening....Overall I think the markets we have seen grow over the last 5-7 years will continue to have good performance as these workers rebalance across the nation with the newly allowed work from home culture happening.

I'm pulling profits from my stock market holdings and pivoting to commercial properties, specifically in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  

@Jackie Forte 3 months have passed since you posted - what did you decide to do about the structure?

But I'm most likely going to hit 3 birds with one stone in fort Myers.

I'd like to build a rental portfolio in the area and flip some houses, starting with one for my family to live in (see above).If you are in Fort Myers, Gateway, Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples, Cape Coral, Sanibel, Lehigh Acres, or anywhere else in that general area, please reach out!

It does seem that there is some inventory in our price point in south Dallas in the Balch springs and Fruitdale areas and also southeast Fort Worth but was curious to hear if anyone on here is investing in those areas or if the neighborhoods are a bit rough.We greatly appreciate the insight and look forward to hearing your thoughts on where you would invest for a buy and hold SFR!

I'm up in Fort Collins and unless you can find a smoking deal, you're really banking on appreciation and tenant paying down the note, unless you have a ton a capital.
