Are there any folks meeting up on the SE side?

Hey folks, getting ready to partner with a  friend on some flips.

Update time on previous threads, mainly as accountability for all y'all CT real estate folks.  

With remote working folks can now live anywhere and still make serious money. 

I'm sure it might work for some folks, but for security/liability concerns with a bunch of diffrent guests all in a shared space I wouldn't want to deal with that.Mike

It would help some folks to add a detailed SOW category to get a solid number for C19.I think a lot of newbies could get good sue out of this.Mods, maybe a sticky candidate?

It mentioned the possible changes to the rules like you stated, but it hadn't been decided yet.I think you need to get on the horn and have a long discussion with the folks down there.

@Marilynne Poumele-Flores I'm not active any any local groups, since I don't invest locally, but I am in a real estate mastermind group for military folks and veterans that has been absolutely fantastic for my business and real estate growth.

In Denver, most folks are happy with 5%, but I know most investors are looking for 6.5%.

I'm just getting into wholesaling, and am eager to find other likeminded folks really looking to focus on their wholesaling business and push forward.
